Digital publisher Sitchu launches fortnightly print magazine

Digital lifestyle publisher Sitchu has launched a fortnightly print magazine in partnership with boutique real estate agent Belle Property.

Targeted at higher-income females, the new Sitchu magazine will feature destination guides, property tips, and tours of selected homes and suburbs.

Sitchu describes its brand as “a modern, online lifestyle brand curated to explore Australia’s most sought-after suburbs…Combining beautiful photography with tailored content, we tell the story of what it’s like to be a local. Through bespoke editorial features, Sitchu shares inspiring stories and insider tips from some of Australia’s most stylish and influential locals.”

Sitchu Publisher Georgia Tomaszewski said the new magazine was the next step following a major increase in digital readership in the past year, especially with the release of the new Living Pillar content hub and rising interest among property buyers and sellers.

Belle Property will carry the title across the branches of their real estate network, including Belle Property, hockingstuart and Luxury Portfolio International, and the magazine will be available at lifestyle destinations, industry events, local businesses and online.

The magazine will also be available in Mandarin.

The new fortnightly Sitchu magazine is the second regional publication focusing on destinations and real estate to launch over the last two months, following the launch of Jamie Durrant’s Regional Homes Australia in December.
