MessageMedia has launched an online marketplace to help businesses connect SMS communications into CRMs, ecommerce platforms, and marketing automation tools.
Mobile business messaging provider MessageMedia has launched an online integration marketplace to help businesses find faster and more efficient ways of working by connecting SMS marketing into popular web applications including CRMs, ecommerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
The new marketplace has integrations to connect SMS communications into programs such as Salesforce, Zoho, Shopify, HubSpot, Marketo, Netsuite, Xero, Slack, Mailchimp and more. Integrations include direct integrations with particular software, and over 2,500 plug-and-play ‘zap’ connectors from Zapier.
Powered by Apideck, the new integrations marketplace will make it easier to access and integrate MessageMedia’s text messaging services into current tech stacks, “so businesses can move more efficiently and agilely in response to different trading conditions”.
Earlier this year, MessageMedia released a report which found nearly three-quarters of Australian consumers say that an SMS message from a business is more likely to get their attention than email or an app notification.
According to the report, 97 per cent of Australians open SMS messages, 87 per cent have opened SMS marketing from a business, and 83 per cent have clicked through a link within SMS.
MessageMedia said it was important for their customers to access code-less workflow automation to help them streamline old processes and systems: “This can be anything from connecting a simple calendar reminder to an SMS alert, through to a fully integrated ecommerce marketing automation flow with text-based win-back and abandoned cart campaign solutions.”
